To use, simply place the large tube against your child's nostril (not inside) to create a seal, then use the red mouthpiece to suction out the snot. For best results, you can also spray saline solution into each nostril before using NoseFrida to help loosen thick mucus. Move the tube in a circular motion against the nostril to see and hear the mucus coming out of the nose, and remember to change the filter after each use to maintain suction.
